Hi. I’m Charlotte,
Menopause Transformation Health Coach and Holistic Wellness Guide for Women over 40

I help women in the “messy middle” of life and menopause find peace, power and purpose again through their own individualised path.
I am a certified Integrative Nutritional Health Coach with additional certifications in Hormonal Health, Gut Health, and Emotional Eating from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York.
I blend my knowledge from this, along with all my research over the years and combine it with compassionate coaching based on my own personal experience. I help you reset and transform your health, habits and mindset so you can find your way back home to yourself again. I help you reclaim your vitality, energy and zest for life as you enter your next era.

About My Coaching
Personally, I am still navigating all the ups and downs, highs and lows of this stage of life. I am post-menopause, so I can coach from my own personal experience and perspective. From where I have been, where I currently am and where I am going.
But I need to be honest. There is no one size fits all plan, no magic pill or silver bullet. What I do know is this, if you are not getting the foundational pillars of health right, all those fancy supplements are a waste of money. You can't out supplement diet and lifestyle.
True balanced health and wellness is holistic. Get the fundamentals right and you are on the right road to then follow with the additional extras like supplements, bio-hacking tools, HRT, Bio-identical/body-identical hormones, GLP-1’s, whatever you need to help you navigate this stage of life in a sustainable way.
In my programmes we always start with the fundamentals such as nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and mindfulness sprinkled throughout with mindset and habit changing strategies. These are the foundational pillars of health and wellness.
My coaching is based more in creating sustainable change through mindset and habit change than just feeding you lots of information. We all know exactly what we need to do but often just don’t have the road map and its overwhelming. This is where coaching comes in perfectly. It can be difficult to know where to start, together we work out your own individual path to success, and I journey with you one action step at a time.
Its important to create a road map that will become a sustainable way of life for you, not just as a quick fix but over the long term for years to come. Something that doesn’t cause you to spiral back into old habits because it’s unsustainable. This is where working with a coach is so beneficial. We find your own best way back to yourself, together.
We work together towards your goal or goals, we identify habits that no longer serve you, and implement practical steps to create new ones that will get you where you want to be.
My coaching is less about lots of information and more about TRANSFORMATION
When you hire me as your coach, it is about...
a long term support system with 1 on 1 sessions and ongoing support in between.

What do I need to bring to the coaching process?
You don’t need to have it all together. You don’t need to be “fixed”. You just need to be willing to show up, honestly, openly and as you are. Coaching works best when you are ready to lean in, not perfectly but intentionally.
This means:

showing up for yourself honestly, even when its uncomfortable.

taking small, steady steps, and doing the work between our sessions. I can only lead you where you need to go but you have to put in the work. "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink"
Real change comes from within and I will be right beside you, guiding you along as you do the work that leads to lasting transformation.
Some days will feel easier than others, that is part of the process. What matters most is your willingness to stay curious, stay compassionate with yourself and keep going, even gently.
