Group coaching gives peri-menopausal and menopausal women a supportive place to connect, share, and learn. It focuses on balancing hormones, changing lifestyle habits, and making lasting improvements, helping keep everyone motivated and accountable. Sessions are available in person or online through Google Meet. Friends might enjoy joining together to support each other
